Sponsorship and Program Ad rates

Programs are tabloid newspaper style, mimicking a 1930s newspaper, complete with news stories, fiction, and articles in addition to all program and schedule information. They are distributed to all festival attendees and most of our Kickstarter Backers. Ads should approximate a 1930s look and feel. It is absolutely ok to show modern items (like DVDs and CDs), but the the overall look should be at home in a vintage newspaper.

Program Ads

• Full Page (13” tall x 10.375” wide)           $400    includes 1 onscreen ad (still slide)
• Half Page (6.25” tall x 10.375” wide)        $250    add 1 onscreen ad for $75 (still slide)
• Large Square (6.25” tall x 6.175” wide)    $200    add 1 onscreen ad for $75 (still slide)
• Small Square (4” tall x 4” wide)                $150    add 1 onscreen ad for $75 (still slide)

Preferred formats:
     In order of preference:  TIFF, PDF, PNG, JPG
     300 dpi, grayscale

On Screen Ads - shown on the movie screen throughout the weekend

• Still Slide: $150 each. These are shown during intermissions and pre-roll.

    Dimensions: 1920x1080 pixels (RGB). Can be HD. Larger images are fine, we’ll shrink them to fit.
    Preferred format: high quality JPG or GIF. TIFF or PDF is ok.

• 15 second video ad: $300 each. These are shown during intermissions and pre-roll.

   Dimensions: 1920x1080 pixels (RGB). Should be HD for best display.
    Preferred format: Quicktime .MOV, .MP4, or similar.
