This weekend coincides with a Full Lighting of Waterfire Providence! If you have not experienced this, it holds special meaning to Providence locals, and is something to behold. There are permanent iron baskets in the river between downtown and College Hill. Bonfires are built in the baskets and lit on certain weekends in the summer.

Location TBD - we're scouting a meeting point near the bonfire sites.

Socialize with your fellow festival attendees, visiting Filmmakers and guests over late night food and drink! Ogie's Trailer Park is a neighborhood bar, less than a 10 min walk from the Columbus Theatre.

We're gathering at Coco's Coffee Bar from 3-5 pm in the Arcade Providence for a Happy Hour mixer! Located at 65 Weybosset St. This is a great opportunity to meet some of your fellow festival goers, shop at Lovecraft Arts & Sciences shop across the hall, pick up your festival wristband, get some caffeine or an adult beverage, and have a snack before heading up the hill to the Columbus Theatre.

If you bought a Full Festival pass, you can pick up your weekend wristband at Lovecraft Arts & Sciences between 11am - 5 pm, get some shopping done, and skip the line at the theater on Friday night! Located in the Arcade Providence (65 Weybosset St).

While you're here, get the most out of your Providence visit by seeing and hearing about both sites important to Lovecraft's life as well as locations that inspired his works like "The Shunned House" and "The Case of Charles Dexter Ward" on this detailed Walking Tour of College Hill led by scholar Donovan K. Loucks. Leaves Saturday at 9 am from 130 Westminster Street (the northwest entrance of the Arcade Providence). NOTE: This is a separately ticketed event.
