An audio engineer and a voice actor meet in a studio one night to record the final piece for the Collected Works audio book box set of the cult horror author Mordecai Saccades. It is a strange poem called 'The Celebrant' which has never been read aloud before, having just been discovered by the Saccades estate.All goes well until the poem is actually recorded in its entirety, at which point strange things begin to happen. There are weird sounds on the recording, which become even weirder when the engineer isolates them.
