Vendor Load In will be the afternoon of Thursday November 2nd and the morning of Friday November 3rd.

Please give us a brief description of the NEW or FEATURED products you are planning to showcase at the festival this year. This features heavily in our selection process. Also include notes about any other general merchandise you plan to carry. Your products don't necessarily have to be all-Cthulhu-all-the-time, but they should strongly appeal to fans of Weird Fiction, Cosmic Horror, and related Film.

  • and one onscreen slide ad (played during all intermissions)
There is limited access to electrical outlets. Help us by letting us know if you plan to use electricity. You should plan to bring your own extension cords.
