The first in a Lovecraftian Spanish film epic, The Valdemar Legacy is a big budget love letter to the world of H.P. Lovecraft, featuring the last screen role of genre legend, Paul Naschy, as well as séances, the Necronomicon, Ghouls, and a family curse. Luisa Llorente, an expert on taxation of old buildings, had recently gone to the Victorian mansion Valdemar to conduct an inventory of property ownership. After she mysteriously disappeared, Maximilian, president of her company, engaged the services of a private detective to help find her.

The conclusion to The Valdemar Legacy, this second part of the Spanish Lovecraftian film epic features even bigger thrills, including an appearance by Great Cthulhu himself. Great performances by José Luis Torrijo and Paul Naschy (in his last film role), a compelling story, and awesome effects (for which it won an International Fantasy Film Award), make this a must-see Lovecraftian film.
