Join us for a special Year of the Witch keynote presentation with our Guest of Honor, author and game designer, Ken Hite! He has written Tour de Lovecraft: the Tales, Cthulhu 101, Dubious Shards, The Nazi Occult for Osprey Publishing, and the graphic illustrated version of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to U.S. History, and published a number of Cthulhu Mythos short stories and three Lovecraftian childrens’ books: Where the Deep Ones Are, The Antarctic Express, and Cliffourd the Big Red God. He has also designed, written, or co-authored over 80 roleplaying games and supplements.

The 3rd Annual Pickman's Apprentice competition pits Lovecraftian artists against each other in an epic race against the clock to create a masterpiece based on the audience's suggestion! Last year was "King In Yellow" and "Sushi Bar," and the previous year was "Shoggoth" and "Circus." What will our intrepid artists be tasked to portray on their artboards this year? Returning challengers Lee Moyer, Nick Gucker, and Liv Rainey-Smith will be competing against our Artist Guest of Honor, Allen K.
