This is a Waterfire weekend, so rooms are not as discounted as usual. The advantage is that you can be here for Waterfire as well as the Film Festival!

Note that the Columbus Theatre is on Federal Hill (Broadway), about a 15 min walk from the Graduate. While there are no hotels closer to the theater, there are several lodging options in the area on AirBNB close by.
