    Russ Lukich is a Creature and Makeup FX Artist based in California. He has been a lifelong fan of all things horrible and fantastic. With his sculpture work, paint design and as a puppeteer, his work can be seen in film franchises including Hellboy, Underworld, Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Men In Black, and most recently Pacific Rim. In what spare time is left after his film and television schedule , Russ creates full size character displays in silicone for private collectors, and limited run pices to the public.

He got his start in gaming in 1981, when he wrote the cult roleplaying game Call of Cthulhu, which has been translated into many languages and is still played world-wide.     Scooter Downey is a Kentucky native who is proud to be making his directorial feature debut on It's In The Blood. Downey attended film school at the University of Miami where he graduated with a BA in Film and Theater. He previously worked as a production assistant on How You Look to Me (2005). Downey made It’s In the Blood alongside his producing partner and best friend Sean Elliot. Together they wrote, fundraised, produced and marketed the film, with Downey at the helm as director.
