    D.H. Covey is a Automatism Surrealist painter and motion picture storyboard artist. He is a graduate of The Maryland Institute of Fine Arts and moved to Hollywood in 1997 to work with Brian Yuzna on the movie Progeny. This led to more work on over 20 motion picture, video and TV projects. Both of his children attend Cal Poly Pomona. Michelle is a Fine Arts major, and Adam is a Industrial Engineer.

    Dan O'Bannon is the well-known screenwriter behind the classics Alien, Total Recall, Lifeforce, Heavy Metal (two segments), Dark Star (which he did the special effects for and starred in as well; this led to a stint on Star Wars as a special effects designer) and Return of the Living Dead (which he also directed).

    Dan could not be here in person due to health reasons but we have captured his essential saltes on the crawling celluloid which is the next best thing for us Lurkers.

    Darren discovered Lovecraft in the early 1990s when he started playing The Call of Cthulhu. He studied at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School before working as an actor on stage and screen. One of his first jobs was as actor and fight choreographer in Christopher Nolan’s debut film, ‘Following’. Between acting jobs he worked as a prop maker and made The Book of the Dead featured in Brendan Fraser’s The Mummy films. In 2004 he wrote his first play ‘Hamburg,’ about the RAF raids in World War II, for the London Terror Season.

    David was introduced H P Lovecraft and the world of Arkham House at the age of twelve and has continued collecting the genre to this day. His training and background is in fine art, but recently he has moved into illustration. He has done the covers for seven editions published by Hippocampus Press, and his work will soon appear as interior illustrations in editions by Centipede Press.Currently he is working on a graphic novel that is surreal in nature with a Lovecraftian theme running through it's background.
