Vendor Application For HPLFF Portland, OR

The 31st Annual H. P. Lovecraft Film Festival is October 2-4, 2026, at the historic Hollywood Theatre (4122 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland, OR 97212).

Please provide a link to your website, etsy store, facebook page, online portfolio, etc, so that we can check out what you're selling. You may enter more than one website here.
Please give us a brief description of the NEW or FEATURED products you are planning to showcase at the festival this year. This features heavily in our selection process. Also include notes about any other general merchandise you plan to carry. Your products don't necessarily have to be all-Cthulhu-all-the-time, but they should strongly appeal to fans of Weird Fiction, Cosmic Horror, and related Film.
Vending space is reserved first for vendor-level sponsors or Kickstarter reward creators. Due to limited space, we are only allowing 1 table per company at this time. If there is more space available, we'll notify you and send you payment information at that time. (If you wish to have more than one table, please note this in the comment box at the bottom of this form.)
There is limited access to electrical outlets. Help us by letting us know if you plan to use electricity. You should plan to bring your own extension cords.
